Why the Timing Is Tight
Award nights are immovable, and so are rehearsals, fittings, and the after-parties that follow. Commercial schedules rarely fit around a late finish, and the airports serving host cities get congested for the whole weekend. Charter gives you a departure time you choose and, often, a closer or quieter field.
Slot Restrictions
During major events, airports frequently apply slots, which is prior permission from the airport and air traffic control to land during a busy period. Where that applies, we make the request as part of arranging your trip. It is another reason to talk to us early rather than the week before.
Privacy and Security
