Houston companies hold retreats everywhere from Hill Country ranches to Colorado and the Caribbean, and the awkward part is rarely the venue. It is getting people there from offices in different cities on the same afternoon.
Getting Everyone There Together
If your team is spread across Houston, Dallas, Midland, and a couple of other markets, charter can collect people in stages and land them together. Retreat venues also tend to sit a long way from useful commercial service, and a turboprop or light jet into a smaller regional field usually beats a connection plus a two-hour drive.
Sizing the Trip
Up to nineteen passengers stays in the standard private aircraft range. Larger groups move into airliner-size aircraft under a different set of FAA rules, covered on our safety page. If the group is arriving from several cities, more than one aircraft is often cheaper than one large one, and we will price both.
