Where We Fit
Some offices have a dedicated aviation manager. Some hand travel to a trip coordinator, an assistant to the principal, or a family member. Either way, the work is the same: finding suitable aircraft, checking who is operating them, and handling the arrangements around the flight.
When a family-owned aircraft is in for scheduled maintenance or goes unserviceable, we arrange the replacement lift so travel carries on.
Why Offices Use a Broker
Aircraft ownership answers some trips and not others. A family that owns a midsize jet still needs something larger for a group, something with more range for an international leg, and a second aircraft when two trips fall on the same day. Chartering those trips rather than purchasing additional aircraft is usually the more cost effective option.
Due Diligence You Can Show Your Principals
Every operator goes through our review before we present them to you: certificate confirmed, safety and incident history reviewed, pilot experience and currency on type checked, and ARGUS or Wyvern audit results referenced where the operator takes part. If you need to document what was checked for a principal or a risk committee, ask your advisor and we will walk you through it.
Discretion
Passenger identities and itineraries are shared only with the people who need them to run the flight.
