Houston is a frequent stop for officials traveling on energy, trade, port, and disaster-response business, and government travel carries requirements that ordinary charter does not. We arrange flights for government departments, agencies, delegations, and campaigns.
Who We Fly
Senior military personnel, heads of state and their delegations, diplomats, elected representatives, and campaign teams. Aircraft range from helicopters and turboprops through private jets to airliner-size aircraft for larger delegations.
Security and Discretion
Where a principal travels with a detail, meaning the principal protective team, we plan the trip around their requirements rather than the other way around. Movements can be arranged to limit time exposed on the ground, and we can help arrange armored ground transport and security escort through a third-party vendor. Passenger manifests and routings are treated as confidential and shared only with those who must have them to operate the flight.
Operators
We work with FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft and FAR Part 121 operators for airliner-size and regional jet group trips, or the foreign equivalent internationally. Each one is reviewed by us before we present it. The safety page sets out what that covers.
International Legs
