We arrange charter for relief organizations, corporations, and government agencies working in disaster response and evacuation.
What We Can Move
Aircraft ranging from small turboprops up to airliner-size, depending on what the operation needs. Small aircraft reach damaged or remote fields with short runways. For larger movements of people, the aircraft required moves into regional airliner territory, and those trips run under a different set of FAA rules, which we cover on our safety page.
Relief cargo moves the same way, on a full-aircraft charter basis. Water, generators, medical supplies, and equipment can go on a dedicated cargo charter.
Working Under Pressure
These operations are unpredictable by nature, and plans change. We are reachable around the clock, and we will tell you plainly what is available and what is not rather than promising an aircraft we cannot confirm. Where a destination airport is damaged, closed, or congested, we work with the operator on alternates, subject to scheduling and aircraft availability.
International Relief Legs
International legs often need landing and customs permissions, which are applied for once the trip is secured on the aircraft schedule. Ask your advisor early what that means for the destination you are working in.
