The Runs We Arrange Most
The busiest is Houston to Midland and Odessa for the Permian Basin, often as a same-day return so a team can be on site and home before evening. Beyond that: crews and engineers out to field locations, executives to conferences and partner meetings, and international legs to operations in Latin America, West Africa, and the Middle East.
Onshore fields and remote sites are frequently a long way from useful commercial service. Turboprops and light jets can work shorter runways closer to the site, which is usually where the time is saved.
Equipment and Cargo
Drilling components, replacement parts for a plant that is down, and oversized tooling all move by charter when the alternative is waiting. Working Around Gulf Weather
Hurricane season runs June 1 through November 30, and it matters more to this industry than most because Gulf operations and coastal facilities are directly exposed. When a system is tracking in, we talk to you early about moving dates. Your advisor watches the forecast and will flag anything that looks likely to affect the schedule.
