One of the real advantages of flying privately out of Houston is that you decide what is on board. There is no cart and no fixed menu.
What We Can Arrange
With enough notice, your advisor can arrange more or less any food or drink you want on the aircraft. A particular bottle of wine, a steak from a restaurant you like, vegan or vegetarian cooking, kosher preparation, or a sandwich from the deli near your office. Houston has one of the best restaurant scenes in the country and we can usually source from it.
How It Is Charged
We arrange specialty in-flight catering as an add-on at an additional fee. It is not bundled into the trip cost. Selections are based on your preferences and confirmed before departure, so you will know what you are paying for ahead of the flight.
Most private charter flights are stocked with complimentary beverages and snacks as standard. Anything beyond that is the catering conversation.
Tell Us in Advance
Catering needs lead time, and more of it than people expect on an early departure. Let us know when we quote rather than the day before.
Flag any food allergies at the same time, along with anyone needing kosher, halal, low-carb, low-fat, or other specific preparation. If you want a cabin attendant to serve on board, say so before the quoting process so we can build it in.
