The Scheduling Reality
Sports do not respect a flight plan. Games run long, overtime happens, and dates move once brackets are set. Tell us where the uncertainty is when you book. Late departures are usually workable, but the airport matters: some fields have staffed tower hours that end in the evening, and we will factor that in when we recommend one.
Big events also bring airport slot restrictions, which is prior permission to land during a congested period. Where a slot applies, we handle the request as part of arranging the trip.
