Aircraft for a Full Roster
Team travel usually calls for large-cabin aircraft. Once a traveling party goes beyond nineteen passengers, the trip calls for an airliner-size aircraft and moves out of FAR Part 135 into FAR Part 121 or its foreign equivalent, which carries stricter crew and operating requirements. For smaller traveling parties, coaching staff, or a scouting trip, a midsize or heavy jet is usually the better fit. Equipment and gear are part of the sizing conversation from the start, not an afterthought.
Working With Your Travel Staff
We work alongside coaches, team operations, and travel coordinators. Schedules in sports move, and games run long. Tell us early what is provisional and we will build the quote around that rather than around a date that might shift.
